RETURNS POLICY
If you are unhappy with your item, please contact me within 14 days of purchase via email by clicking HERE HERE or by writing to heather.baines@gmail.com
Please include your name, item bought, the date it was bought and the reason for returning the item.
Bags/collars/leads/lambing snares
Damaged or faulty items will be replaced for new or receive a full refund including postage.
Undamaged items can be returned for a refund or exchanged. Refunds will be given minus postage costs and card fees (if applicable). For exchanges, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage costs. Items must be returned in as new and unused condition.
Heat lamp boxes
Returns on this product are only accepted within 14 days of purchase if the item still has the plastic strapping around it or if the item has clearly been damaged upon delivery. A refund will be given on undamaged items minus postage costs and card fees. The customer is responsible for the postage and packaging costs to return the item.
If the item is damaged upon delivery, or a part proves to be faulty, proof of damage or fault will be required (photo and description) and then a replacement part or parts will be sent out to you.
